Organizational Development Leadership

At LEGACY Supply Chain Services, we subscribe to the belief that "everything rises and falls on Leadership" (The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader, John C. Maxwell). We recruit, equip and build leaders at every level with proprietary development tools to create the right culture, impact our organization and deliver bottom line performance for our clients’ operations.

We believe that our approach is extremely unique and the only real way to drive sustainable results. The LEGACY process includes assessing the current state, measuring to provide a baseline and improving the culture to increase performance. Specific elements of our organizational model include:

  • Annual Assessments: company-wide, facility level, leadership team, individual
  • Action Plan development, execution, accountability
  • Monthly leadership team meetings with OD Partner
  • Training for new skill sets
  • Annual on-site visit of OD Partner
  • Internal Coaching and Mentoring
  • Purposeful involvement of hourly associates

We measure the waste within facilities and teams and methodically work toward reducing it. Not just waste in terms of pure costs, but also in terms of the opportunity cost associated with chaos, disorganization, randomness and lack of direction. Reducing this waste is paramount to the success of LEGACY and our clients.
